Business Bay is a 4.3 sq. km master development envisioned by HH Sheikh Mohammed Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai, as the region’s business capital. The Central Business District, adjacent to Downtown, is made up of commercial high rises housing countless multinational and local companies, as well as premium and mid-range apartment buildings and hotels. Also inspired by the HH Sheikh Mohammed’s vision, the area was built along the waters of the man-made Dubai Canal, which offers up an appealing view for residents and business offices alike.
